Product Questions
How many labels come on a sheet?
There are 30 high-quality self-adhesive return address labels per sheet.
What are the size of the labels?
1″ x 2 5/8″, the standard address label size. The labels measure 1″ in height by 2″ & 5/8″ of an inch in width.
I received extra free sheets, why?
We often include extra bonuses without reason or warning. Also while doing the quality checking, if something is off, yet still a usable label, we will include that sheet for free.
Can I use my own design or logo?
In most cases, yes. But you will have to email us for a quote.
What can I have printed on my labels?
You may have up to 4 lines depending on the label design you choose and you can have anything you would like printed as long as it fits within the margins of the labels. In some cases, we may have to reduce the font size. For instance, if you have a really long unreasonable email address, the font may be reduced to fit it on the labels. If you do have a long email address, for marketing reasons, I recommend you go create a new short catchy one now. I say this because we get people with email addresses like mybestpetdogisallgrownup@gmail.com. Don’t. For the sake of your business.
If for any reason we have to make any alterations to your request, we will email you and await your approval so please respond ASAP so we may print and ship your product.
Shipping Questions
How do I get free shipping?
We offer get free shipping on all orders in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Because we are located by a major USPS hub for Nevada and the West Coast, items leave here immediately and are shipped as fast as your local postal office can handle them. Delivery usually takes between 1 and 4 days.
Do you provide delivery confirmation?
For cards, we will provide free delivery confirmation for all orders. If you order address labels, they will be sent via normal USPS First Class without delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind that we are unable to control what happens with the package once it is in the hands of the USPS. However, we have had a really good track record with the United States Postal Service and there have been no issues other than an occasional delay due to a hurricane or a snow storm.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
In most cases, yes. Check the item for details.
Can I check my order status?
Yes, you will be sent an email with updates.
Payment and Return Questions
There is a typo on my labels, can I return them?
If we made a typo, yes you may return them. However, if you submitted a mistake, there are no refunds. Read more on our return policy here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Stripe, the trusted online secure checkout champions and that means we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Because we use a Secure Socket Layer(SSL) shopping cart powered by Stripe like everyone else on the web, this means we do not store your credit card information or billing data in our shop and it is encrypted with Stripe with the highest level of security like all major online retailers.
Returning Customers.
If you have ordered from us in the past and want to request the exact same information, just let us know at checkout and we will use the file proof from your last order.
